Founded in 2016, D F Lynch is an independent firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers specialising in premium residential projects for private clients and design led developers Our core services are Cost Management, Project Management and Contract Administration Relationships are everything to us and whilst a significant amount of our work is close to our base in the heart of the Cotswolds, the connection with our clients often also leads us to work on their homes in London or on the coast. We believe our focus on the premium residential sector sets us apart from others but in truth, this type of work is our passion and we are fortunate to work on projects which really excite us and which we are proud to be part of.
