In January, 2014 the acquisition of D&N Electric, a 40+ year leader in sophisticated and innovative electrical construction and installation services positioned the firm as one of the largest minority-owned electrical services companies in the Southeast. As one of the largest privately held, minority and family-owned, electronic security and electrical installation services firms in the industry, CarterBrothers comprises two operating divisions; CarterBrothers Security Services and now D&N Electric.
