The firm was established in 1965 under the leadership of CA Dhirajlal Mehta, a Chartered Accountants firm. The firm comprises of six partners providing professional services ranging from litigation in direct and indirect tax, tax planning, assurance services including IFRS implementation, FEMA matters, Financial Planning, International tax matters and planning, transaction structuring and a host of other services.The firm employs more than 40 other personnel including professionals, article clerks, audit clerks and others.
