This project was completed in 2013 and was in order to replace an asbestos garage roof. The local authorities kindly assisted and removed the asbestos sheets for disposal. Once removed we were able to get started on produced a long lasting watertight roof. This project used a product called EPDM rubber roofing from the Hertalan brand. This is alternative to typical felt roofing that is used on flat roofs. EPDM offers advantages over felt roofing: longer lasting, more durable and longer guaranteed period.
