A qualified professional with a wide ranging experience in the public, private and voluntary sectors. I have a proven track record of achievement as formerly head of Design Services and latterly at a high level within the Private Sector. Success has been achieved through high-level commitment and effective strategic management in an environment of rapid change. My management training and experience has ensured a clear commercial focus. I remain a member of the SCALA. I formerly represented the Federation of Property Societies on the Local Government Association and was a member of the Joint Contracts Tribunal. I am a trained assessor for the European Federation of Quality Management and have been appointed to CABE as an Enabler. Since joining the Private Sector in September 2002 I have contract managed healthcare projects, developed management procedures, established PFI specification methods and been involved within company management. I have extensive experience of the BSF programme, contributing to the successful BSF Lancashire and Newcastle bids. In addition to this I have successfully managed collaborative frameworks within Education and Healthcare.
