D2 Organization (D2) is a privately owned opportunistic investment group focused on acquiring and repositioning land for new development. Investments include raw land and excess or obsolete industrial facilities. Each D2 investment is provided a customized development strategy to successfully guide the property through approvals, remediation, and entitlements, positioning each land asset for reposition through sale, ground-lease, or vertical development.
