Da Maria is a modern Italian restaurant in the Osteria style. With stunning interiors by Roman architects Lazzarini Pickering, Da Maria highlights the diversity of Italian food, wine, music and friends, with more than a little Capri in the heart of Seminyak which seats up to 300. The menu represents a modern approach to simple, classic Italian flavours and pizzeria, which boasts dough fermented for 24 hours, using Neapolitan artisan techniques, the pizzas are cooked in Naples inspired lava stone ovens and topped with local and imported premium produce. The drinks program nods to aperitivos, Italo classics and twists on house favourites.
