Premium Organic beers Daas brewed in Belgium certified by the UK Soil Assoc Organic certification as well as the Certsys Belgium. Daas Organic beers are “bottle conditioned.” meaning naturally fermented for a second time in the bottle, in a similar way to the production of Champagne. A bottle-conditioned beer will still taste superb many months after the pasteurized equivalent has become un-drinkable. Our beers each carry from the time of bottling a best before date of a min 2 years. Although we take our ecological and environmental issues seriously we also take great pride in our branding and consumer awareness which we believe has helped us in the UK to be stocked by 95% Organic retailers (Waitrose, Wholefoods, Abel & Cole etc) and specialist bars and Restaurants.
