Dabinett is a Chartered Surveying practice offering expert independent advice on property. We undertake acquisition surveys to ascertain the physical condition of buildings, preparation of planned maintenance programmes to plan works and budgets to keep buildings in repair and design and tender and oversee refurbishment projects. We are experienced in dealing with commercial leases; assessing tenants' liabilities in respect to the repair and maintenance of property; preparing dilapidation claims on behalf of landlords and defending claims on behalf of tenants. APS - The Association for Project Safety [APS] is the representative professional body dedicated to working in partnership to eliminate deaths, tackle ill health and manage risks throughout the whole life of any project in the built environment.
