The Dachwerk – Work and Event Space in the Glockenbach District Nestled in the heart of Munich’s vibrant Glockenbach district, the quietly situated Dachwerk offers the ideal environment for focused work and inspiring encounters. In 1894, this very location was home to the world’s first serially produced motorcycle. While the motorcycle factory is long gone, creativity and inspiration remain.With ceilings up to five meters high, antique wooden beams, dark floors, bright furnishings, and expansive wall panels, the space provides a unique setting for the “Meet & Work” concept. Event Space (120 sqm)The flexible event area can be individually tailored to suit your needs—whether it’s a workshop, presentation, or networking event. Cutting-edge equipment ensures an interactive experience- 82-inch smartboard - Projector - Remote-controlled swivel camera - Sound system and wireless microphones - 8 sqm magnetic whiteboard wall - And much more In addition, two breakout rooms (12 sqm and 18 sqm) are available for smaller groups. Workspace (340 sqm) The spacious work area includes ten lockable offices of various sizes, four dedicated and eight flex desks in the open space, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony. A diverse member mix - including creatives from design and film, startups, and representatives of international companies - builds an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. From Dachwerk, you can easily walk to the Isar River, Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz, and the pedestrian zone. Public transportation connections are excellent, with subway and tram lines just a short walk away.
