A 4-steps algorithm will pave the road: Step 1: By performing brainstorming sessions among knowledgeable experts in both pure and applied sciences, untapped areas of IT universe will be discovered. Performing a precise FS (feasibility study) is critical to promote an idea to an approved project. Step 2: Time, cost, resources, quality, communication and risk planning will be performed to ensure the success and anticipate the probable outcomes as well as consequences.
