Daigon Ltd is a company founded by its Managing Director Tony Charalambides. Formed to offer customers an alternative stress free journey through their property development projects that your ordinary ‘builder’ often find difficult to offer. Based in a small village in Hertfordshire however primarily carrying out works in the North London area where his construction experience began, Daigon Ltd caters for a range of clients; from homeowners, to investors through to developers. Tony began his construction career at the age of 17 when he worked part time in a DIY store whilst studying at college. His passion for construction led him into studying Construction Management at University where he gained a BSc Honours. All the whilst trying his hands at a number of trades because his belief was (and still is) “to gain respect from your workers they must respect that you have an understanding of the work they do.” Daigon Ltd is a family run company. All projects are incepted, managed & completed by Tony’s personal service whilst his wife Clare runs the back office and most importantly their two young boys that give the perfect work/life balance. This enables us to provide our customers with the personal, stress free & professional service we should all expect. All work, where possible, is carried out by directly employed tradesmen who are well experienced and qualified in all aspects. We use a select few sub contractors to ease workload pressures and these are always vetted to ensure they meet the standards we expect. We all have the same goal on site, to ensure our workmanship is to our highest standards at all times, the project is a success and most importantly our clients are always pleased.
