We believe that mental health is just as important as our physical health, and our goal is to remove the stigmatism that is associated with addressing what is often times referred to is “mental illness.” When in fact, one of the benefits of counseling is to find a neutral resource to directly listen to you and to help you sort through “life”, when things become overwhelming and challenging. Our goal is to provide you with the tools necessary to fill your toolbox. We use that analogy because in life, some things require fixing, and the same tool cannot always be used to make a repair.
