With over 25 years in management and business development, Dan started Farrell & Farrell, Inc. in 1996 with his first company Sign USA, where he manufactured and sold signs, decals, and stickers across the USA. He sold this division in 2002. He continued working with companies specializing in business development when he started Dakota Inspections in 2011. Dan has worked with several industry insurance leaders, including; Markel First Comp, AIG, AmTrust, Hartford, Paul Hansen Partners, Guard Insurance, McNeil & Co, Berkadia, Fannie Mae, Patriot National, and ARA. He has also inspected all various types of equipment for lenders including; semi-trailers & tractors, hoppers, underground drills, spreaders, mold injectors, and lasers.
