Since 2016, we have been dedicated to mentoring the Rising Generation (typically aged 16-30), guiding them through the transition from adolescence to adulthood. In families of great success, it’s often assumed that opportunity is enough. But what truly prepares a young adult for life within a complex family system - or a public one – isn’t technical knowledge alone. It’s relational grounding. At Dallington, we work with the rising generation at the level that matters most – how they think, relate, and make decisions. We don’t just teach skills and offer guidance. We build long-term, trusted relationships that help them navigate complexity, step into responsibility, and grow into clear, capable adults – with a strong sense of who they are and where they’re going. What we offer is relational literacy – the foundation of all long-term success, because when the emotional infrastructure is strong, everything else – financial fluency, purpose, responsibility – can follow with ease.
