I qualified in 2007 as a Geophysicist and have until this year (2022) been working as a Geophysicist in various roles. After the birth of my little one, I went back part-time but after 2 years of doing that, I decided that being a Geophysicist wasn’t for me anymore, I wanted to follow my passion. In 2016, I qualified as a PT as I just love exercise and decided I could put what I love doing to good use. I started doing classes and took on some clients part-time until 2019 when I found out I was pregnant. I stopped doing any PT stuff or classes as I was then far too busy with a new baby and going back to my office job part-time. However, I have now decided that I miss being a PT as I love being able to help others either start on their own fitness journey or adapt the journey they are currently on. I am passionate about health & fitness and helping people to achieve their goals whatever they maybe. I am currently on my own journey back to pre-pregnancy fitness. It has taken a little while as I have mostly enjoyed the time I've had with my little one so am only now getting back into everything I love doing - I have been doing bits and bobs to retain my fitness level but now I am starting to set some of my own personal goals! I provide 1 to 1, group or online personal training sessions in and around the Milton Keynes area.
