Our vision for Dames on the Range is to create a unified and sustainable rural economic community supporting each others’ ventures and actively involve urban guests with joint educational opportunities to create a better understanding and appreciation of the ranching industry and management of this environment. Learn the language of the landscape as spoken by those that live, work and play in the southern foothills of Alberta’s Rockies – the Dames on the Range will share the subtle nuances of the seasons, celebrate the natural treasures and honour the resilient spirit of life on the ranch; each offering their own unique perspective of this lifestyle and culture. Become attuned to the nurturing features of managing an environment for livestock and wildlife while providing for a home and business in a traditional rural community. “Not Your Momma’s Social Club” is an opportunity to belong to a group with similar interests and receive notifications of the Dames’ programs.
