Using my extensive leadership experience, expertise, and advanced business acumen, I have developed mentoring programs designed to accelerate leadership development. The programs use different formats including, individual mentoring, group mentoring, combined individual/group mentoring, classroom training, and a variety of other formats. I work closely with clients to match the program that best fits their specific needs and will even customize if needed. I work to share my experiences, tools, and other resources to make "deposits" in the leader's "leadership toolbox" that they can use beyond their engagement with me.
