Many professionals within the corporate world have deadlines and projects that seem to put their health on the back burner, diminishing the performance at work. With Dan's 10+ years in the exercise science industry, working with division 1 athletes and the general population, he has been able to provide value to a variety of folks needing to make a health change. As a current sales Account Executive, he understands the standards over performing at work, yet being able to through his refined daily health practices.
