It is a community of people with a common interest in dance and wellness which has also become an amazing support group that encourages and inspires you to achieve your goals. Dance aids physical fitness, weight loss, toning, increase in energy levels and release of mental stress and anxiety. Dance Embassy runs several weekly corporate wellness classes at some of the big corporates across the island of Singapore and the Public offices. We also facilitate and teach wedding sangeet choreographies; performances by our team; corporate team building workshops; pageants, festivals and masterclasses in Singapore and globally.
