Dance Music Production (DMP) was founded in 2003 after we were continually disappointed with such poor quality education on the subject. Today, we work hard to produce the highest quality, informative video tutorials available and our textbook, the Dance Music Manual, written by Rick Snoman our CEO, has earned a place as required reading on many university courses. With over 20 years experience in this specialist field, our mission is simply cut the crap and focus on showing you the real world, vital practices that are quite simply a requirement for producing todays dance music. Dance Music Production has grown from an idea to a reality. Rick has teamed up with Alex Bartles who has a business background and as a team, they intend to take DMP into the next 15 years. 2018 will see the release of the 4th edition of the Dance Music Manual and a new online subscription-based tutorial service. DMP will continue to provide high-quality mastering and mixing services, track analysis, one on one tutoring and seminars.
