Daniel R. Schramm

Retired lawyer. When active, Daniel R. Schramm, L.L.C, was a solo law practice located in Chesterfield, Missouri. Mr. Schramm concentrated his practice in appeals, estate planning and business law. He also assisted other lawyers on a contract basis with research and briefing projects. Mr. Schramm was awarded a "AV Preeminent" Peer Review Rating and a "Preeminent" Client Review Rating from Martindale Hubbell. For sixteen years, Mr. Schramm taught the art of appellate advocacy as an Assistant Adjunct Professor for the Moot Court Program at Saint Louis University School of Law. He also has taught business law as part of the adjunct faculty at Maryville University and at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
