Our dream is to find practices that cultivate peace of heart and mind, along with methods to enjoy life in a natural and healthy way. At the same time explore and develop ourselves to the fullest, at a pace that is both natural and NOT overwhelming, to better understand nature and how to be balanced and at harmony with it, and then to share our findings with others so that these practices remain alive, allowing future generations to benefit from their existence. We have been searching throughout mainland China for authentic Taoist, Qigong, Neidan(Internal Alchemy meditation) and Tai-Chi teachers for over half a decade. With a well trained team of translators and interpreters who themselves are practicers, we hope to bring seekers of the Dao real practices and accurate information as never before.
