Darby Prototype offers a range of services supporting the product development process, including CAD modeling, production of physical prototypes, and manufacturing transition assistance. In house capabilities include Solidworks design and analysis tools, CNC machining, 3D printing, vacuum forming, and a variety of assembly/finishing equipment. We also have relationships with firms in Silicon Valley and worldwide to provide water, laser, and plasma cutting, sheet metal forming, welding, injection molding, and die casting. We also partner with industrial and graphic designers to produce aesthetically and ergonomically pleasing products.
