Dark Berry Wellness is dedicated to providing mental health care to Black women. In a world that tells you that you and your needs do not matter and where Black women are expected to suffer in silence, including therapy in your regular self-care practices is more important than ever. This means that Your Therapist will respect your unique lived experience and recognize the impact of your intersecting identities on your mental health. Most importantly, you will receive services in a safe and empowering environment that nurtures healing and growth. There will be no judgement. Just support and validation of your current mental health and life challenges, while encouraging you to build-up emotional strength to manage anything life throws at you. The ultimate goal: work together to help you reclaim your power and reconnect with yourself.
