We are a small team of authorised specialists in Rational combination ovens based in the heart of Kent serving South East England and London. We have four engineers who have all been trained and approved by Rational UK. We look after all aspects of your oven; installation, planned preventative maintenance, reactive service, cleaning chemical sales and Rational OEM spare parts. We do not sell Rational ovens, our aim is to keep your oven going, not replace it. We aim to give a level of service and response you would expect from a big company, with the personal touch you would rightly appreciate from a smaller provider. We provide 7 days a week cover for our contract and Rational warranty customers, we will also look after one off service visits at the weekend, but our contract and warranty customers take priority. Our technical expertise in Rationals’ is demonstrated in our service reaction times; in 99% of occasions we attend site within 24 hours of a non-working oven and we have a first time fix rate over 90%. We sell spares and chemicals nationwide with all orders being dispatched on a next working day basis. Customers in local and London postcodes can receive goods with same day delivery if it is urgent.
