It is 45 miles/ 75KM from either Dublin or Belfast. It is approx. 4.5 miles outside the town of Dundalk. Set in 50 acres of fine parkland the castle is surrounded by mature trees, extensive lawns and gardens. The sea and mountains are only a few miles away. It is one of the finest wedding venues in Ireland. The Castle can cater for large or small numbers and will ensure you a memorable day. Darver Castle is delighted to cater for Civil Ceremonies, Civil Partnerships, Humanist Ceremonies and Blessings which take place our beautiful newly refurbished Ceremony Room which can seat up to 150 guests. Ceremonies can be held 7 days a week.
