DCP provides a range of psychological assessment and intervention services at an individual, group, and organisational level and provides EAP services to various NTPS agencies, private organisations and community-based organisations on both a fee for service and contract basis, as well as private and GP referred clients. DCP has the experience and expertise in providing comprehensive and innovative psychological services to clients within the Northern Territory over the last 18 years. DCP delivers a comprehensive range of psychological services that facilitates the development of diverse professional expertise in the practice, which can be applied to the varied and often complex client and contextual situations that arise as an aspect of the delivery of an EAP. DCP has delivered through confidential counselling services and direct-referral services short-term solution-focus psychological counselling interventions aimed to assist with work related problems and career issues; interpersonal conflict; emotional stress; anxiety; depression and trauma; relationship and family issues; grief and bereavement; substance abuse and gambling problems. DCP has provided these services to a large client base over a period of 18 years. DCP has a demonstrated capacity to work in partnership with government agencies and other major clients such as insurance companies and law firms, where a flexible approach for working times and meeting deadlines must be demonstrated.
