Das Hund Haus

After establishing a career behind a desk crunching numbers, I made the leap from accounting to pursue my dream of owning my own bar and restaurant. A love affair with good food, good drinks and great company inspired to me to start my own German Bier Cafe, Das Hund Haus, meaning The Dog House in German, nearly 3 years ago. It was a journey filled with challenges like all businesses, but it was a rewarding journey, with countless memorable moments along the way that I'll always cherish. Never content to stay still though I recently conquered another dream and started Stigma Health, a healthcare company aiming to eliminate STIs in Australia though online testing. That dream needs all my attention now so the time has come for me to part ways with my much-loved Bier Garten and set my sights on changing healthcare in Australia. I'm extremely proud of Das Hund Haus and would like to thank every customer who has enjoyed a good hearty German meal, indulged in a drink (or two) and shared apart of their lives with us. It's time for someone new, someone who shares what was once my dream to take the reins and make Das Hund Haus or whatever they decide to make it their own dream come true.
