Dasja was found in 2008 by four entrepreneurs from four different regions: Birmingham, Manchester, London and Leicester. Dasja.co.uk is a brand new online occasion directory, catering enhanced business listings more than any online directory for all Asian occasions. The concept of Dasja.co.uk was formed by identifying a missing gap in the Asian market, where businesses were struggling to reach out to their potential target audience through insufficient advertising. With increasing fraudulent and scamming directories (online, hard copy and magazines), businesses were not getting the service and value which they were promised and deserved. More than 90% of Asian directories in the UK are mainly focussed towards one particular market; weddings. This limits their target audience. What makes us stand out from everyone is we cater business listings for all occasions; our target audience group is larger and wider than most directories.
