PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES DCI offers our clients complete Project Management Services. Starting with the development of site specifications for space plans DCI will interview space planner, engineers and contractors for facility construction projects. After competitive bidding and value contractors through a competitive bidding process. DCI coordinates and manages the construction process which is concluded by the client's acceptance of the project.
