We manage monthly omnibus researches. An extensive data base of awareness, usage and image dynamics of banks is collected in monthly Finance Track surveys of bank clients since 2003. A yearly Value survey of the society of Latvia is conducted since 2002, which allows dynamics of decision making patterns to be analyzed.
