Databox was born In 2002. As a growing organization we knew that the most effective means of growing our business and managing our service offerings was to invest in a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system. After many attempts at different systems we determined the best solution was to develop a system that met the needs of Professional Services and like organizations. We soon realized that the need for an effective and customizable CRM system was much greater than our business requirements. In fact we realized that hundreds of thousands of businesses could greatly increase Sales and productivity by using a system like Databox.
