DataVerse Consulting Sole Co, Ltd. is a Laos based International Consulting Firm, specializing in supporting International Development organizations and businesses in various ways. Focusing on management support, we design, develop, and operate (online and/or offline) management & monitoring systems as well as surveys & assessments. DataVerse started in 2018 as a small team of two. Since then, we’ve grown steadily into a team of nearly forty people, with most of our members based in Vientiane Capital. We take pride in being a genuinely diverse company. Our team includes individuals from various ethnic backgrounds, countries, and continents, as well as people of different religious beliefs, members of the LGBT+ community, and persons with disabilities. Inclusion is at the heart of our company values. We operate without formal hierarchies or fixed positions, and our working style is highly participatory. Our team is primarily composed of consultants, alongside Programmers, Data Quality Assurance Officers, Provincial Consultants, and an Office Management Team. Over the years, we’ve built strong working relationships across numerous assignments, supported by a well-established set of best-practice procedures outlined in our Standard Operating Practices (SOP) document.
