We are a Scotland-based company specializing in innovative solutions for fintech and smart city planning using satellite imagery and AI. Our current focus is on two key areas: ESG-compliant investment and smart city planning. ESG Investment Solutions Making timely ESG-compliant investment decisions is challenging, especially when relying on data from institutions in foreign countries. Data from many of these regions is often sparse, unreliable, or delayed, complicating the decision-making process. To address this, we are developing a web-based application that uses satellite imagery and AI to provide timely, accurate and precise information that would help investors in making timely investment decisions and in achieving their ESG goals. Smart City Planning We want to revolutionize smart city planning by leveraging satellite data to optimize urban development, infrastructure management, and sustainability. Despite the abundance of satellite imagery, converting this data into actionable insights remains a challenge. To address this gap, we're developing a web-based tool empowered by AI, integrating multiscale and multitemporal data sources. The tool will efficiently analyse vast satellite imagery troves, extracting crucial information for urban planning, such as traffic impact, urbanization effects on green spaces, heat-prone zones, pollution hotspots, and infrastructure vulnerabilities. By seamlessly integrating these insights, we aim to transform infrastructure management, sustainability, and urban development. Product Offering Our solutions are accessible via a web application and API, giving users the flexibility to either log in for insights or integrate our data directly into their workflows. The platform transforms satellite imagery into Analysis Ready Data, applies AI/ML pipelines to generate actionable insights, and presents this data in a user-friendly format such as reports, tables, and summaries, ensuring clarity and ease of use for decision-makers.
