What is Dava Cana? The biggest challenge facing the remote rural folks around the world is lack of basic health care services as no doctor is willing to go to such places, so the best way to over come this challenge is to bring the doctor remotely by using telemedicine technology and this is accomplished by mobile clinics which can travel to remote areas and serve them locally on a long-term basis. And that is Dava Cana! Dava Cana Inc is a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to create a global platform for providing medical access to remote and underserved populations around the world. The vision is to build a global healthcare delivery model for rural under serviced and underprivileged communities which can be “adopted” throughout the world. In India, Dava Cana operates Aarogya Vahini Mobile Clinics under the aegis of EPICS Trust.
