Time is our most precious possession. When people invest their time in my seminars I feel a keen responsibility to provide them with impactful, practical, useful and durable learning. My seminars are based on the following tenets- Laughing brains are more absorbent, it’s important to have fun along the way- In order to have lasting value, training must make a meaningful difference in people’s lives- For new learning to be useful, it has to be durable. That is, it has to be retained long after the seminar is over. This means participants must be engaged and active in the learning process- I only teach the things that I need.
