We are a multidisciplinary construction consultancy and have been granted chartered status with the Chartered Institute of Building We work with clients undertaking a wide range of projects by providing advice on the following: • Project Management • Commercial Management • Health and Safety • Quality assurance • M+E We work on projects in London and the Southeast We are a group of professionals from different disciplines in the built environment. We have experience in diverse projects including new builds, refurbishments, commercial to residential and major infrastructure. We are able to act for a client in the role of Principal Designer or Principal Contractor We advise on all stages of a project from concept to delivery. We are able to provide on site Project Management services We will help a client understand which are the correct contracts for them to use when dealing with main contractors, subcontractors or suppliers. We also provide a Contract Administration service We are able to provide all the legally required health and safety documentation for a project of any size. In addition we can advise clients on their legal responsibilities under the CDM Regulations 2015 We can write a bespoke Inspection and Test plan for any project to ensure correct standards of quality are upheld and to avoid lost time and additional expense due to reworks caused by defective workmanship. We can also provide an onsite Clerk of Works service We provide a full M+E consultancy service including design. We also provide a full fire risk assessment service and can advise clients of their legal obligations regarding fire under the Building Safety Act 2022
