Davey Stone Associates are Architectural designers, Building Surveyors and Project Managers practicing from their office in Sheffield and operating primarily in the north of England. We offer expertise in relation to project management and contract administration, from the inception of a scheme to the delivery of a project. This can involve design work and obtaining the necessary statutory consents including building regulation approval; planning permission; listed building/ conservation area consent etc. We undertake traditional building surveying activities including building pathology; the preparation and defence of dilapidation claims; building surveys; schedules of condition; stock condition surveys; measured drawings and lease plans.
