Our focus is a clear understanding of the client’s business and technology requirements. This requires meeting with the client before beginning the project to learn exactly what they want in terms of services and results. Once we understand the client’s needs, we devise a strategy to address those needs. While setting up the technological infrastructure, we work closely with the client’s in-house technology staff to ensure they understand how to maintain the technology. We might also deliver training presentations to said staff so they understand how to get the full benefit of the technological tools. We produce periodic reports to the client detailing implementation processes. We also periodically review the technology and provide recommendations for system improvements.
