We attend to the preparation of all agreements pertaining to such developments, including all subsequent agreements with end buyers, to finalisation of the registration of transfers to end buyers. Our expertise extends to both conventional and sectional title developments, as well as group housing schemes, which have particular requirements such as the establishment of a Homeowners' Association.
