Originally founded in 1960, David and Charles is a leader in illustrated non-fiction publishing with a focus on craft and creative categories. From our base in Exeter, Devon, we publish around 50 new books each year which we distribute globally. We are the exclusive UK sales and marketing distributor for Dover Publications. Alongside our books, we run the distance learning website rsnonlinecourses.com, in partnership with the Royal School of Needlework. We strive to enable our customers to develop their creative interests, our authors to pursue their passions and our staff to do their best work.
