David Woo Films LLC is a registered California video production collective created by cinematographer and filmmaker, David Woo. David has an extensive background in documentary-style visual storytelling, first as a photojournalist, then later on as a cinematographer for documentaries and brand journalism. Later on, he branched out into narrative films, and higher-end commercial projects. The human condition can be tough and it’s important that brands work together with grassroots organizations & individuals to bridge profit and purpose. Believing that stories can evoke in viewers a sense of compassion and responsibility, David uses his expertise to craft intimate, story-driven films to help directors, brands, and organizations inspire change.
