Work order processing • Acknowledge the Loan type and Work order type. • Download photos from your cloud (PPW, Dropbox, Field COMM, etc.) • Fill out the completion/Property condition report as required. • Label and upload before/during/after photos and PCR photos. • Identify damages and conveyance issues and provide bids as needed. • We use cost estimator/Bluebook/XactPRM/repair base to calculate bid amounts. • Invoice clients according to work order instructions or using Client allowable. • Prioritize Due dates and late orders. • Following up with contractors for bids or photo issues through email or call. • Work order importing and Vendor Assigning.
