The service I offer is really unique in that I mix together a number of pretty amazing, rapid, cutting edge, therapies and coaching techniques (including Hypnotherapy, EMDR, Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT), Symbolism, and Meridian Tapping) to bring about a very rapid change at an unconscious level. I will swap the old problem pattern of behaviour for a much more desirable pattern of behaviour, and get you truly focused on what you really want. The new behaviour will be as instinctive as breathing, and you’ll find yourself moving steadily towards your goals. Most of my clients require between 2 and 4 sessions, for a huge change in the way they behave or think. Sometimes just one session can be enough to bring about the change desired. I endeavour to help you achieve your goal in the shortest time possible, so that you become the very best version of you in the fastest time possible.
