Day 1 People, founded in 2021, provide professional business services to organisations involved in acquiring, winning, delivering and operating complex and challenging programmes, primarily in the UK Defence and wider Government space. We specialise in Government digital acquisition to optimise UK spend in excess of £200B and contribute to client’s initiatives with collaborative capabilities that then augment the capability of the whole team (in procurement, bid and in-service delivery). Our mission is to support clients in realising objective improvements in both efficiency and effectiveness of a programme, portfolio or enterprise – maximising contribution to social value, sustainability and prosperity.
