Day City Hospice

Day City Hospice provides compassionate care, confidential comfort, and supportive counseling to our patients and their families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is a member of the Addus family of companies. We are dedicated to providing patient-centered care and support to residents of the Greater Dayton area in whatever place they call home. Whether they live in a private residence, an assisted living community or a nursing home, our well-trained and experienced team members will go to the patient’s location to provide personalized assistance and care.
