As your Social Media Manager I am responsible for overseeing your small business's interactions with the public by implementing social media platform content strategies. Your business needs to know who your customers are, what interests they have, how old they are and where they spend their time online. As your personal Social Media Manager, it will be my job to discover and research your target audience, develop a social media strategy, create content/ads, engage with your followers and keep an eye on your success.
