WHO ARE WE? Daybreak Counseling Service provides quality anger management education to individuals suffering from stress, communication and anger problems. Our offices are located in Gardena, Santa Monica, Pasadena, and Yorba Linda. Our clients are men and women throughout the community – doctors, students, law enforcement, business owners, stay at home mothers etc. They are looking for techniques to deal with frustration and anxiety. WHO TEACHES THE CLASS? All of Daybreak’s coaches hold Master’s degrees in the science of Marriage Family Therapy, Education, Psychology or Social Work. WHAT DO WE TEACH? We use the Century Anger Management model of anger management. The Century Anger Management model is the most effective curriculum in the world. The eight components of our model include: Stress management, Empathy Development, Learning to respond instead of react, Improving Self-Talk, Assertive Communication, Expectation Management, Forgiveness, Retreat and think things over. WHAT ARE OUR FEES? Executive Coaching/Seminars- Our one-on-one sessions and corporate seminars range from $125-$300 per hour. We recommend a minimum of 5 executive coaching sessions. Executive Coaching is for clients who require discretion and/or are uncomfortable in groups.$100 travel fee applied for session outside Los Angeles County. Group Sessions- Our group classes are $35 per session with a one time $45 enrollment. We recommend 10-52 Sessions total unless more are ordered by the referring source. Groups sessions can be completed during our weekend accelerated multi-hour seminars or once a week for clients who would benefit from weekly
