Daykin Estates was established in 2021 with the sole purpose of providing a personalised approach to the sales and lettings industry. A family run business with over 20 years combined experience and with our own buy to let portfolio we have the knowledge and understanding of the process from the full sales and letting cycle. Daykin Estates are members of The Property Ombudsman, UKALA and OnTheMarket.com. Our modern approach to the day to day running of sales and lettings means we have opted out of having a high street presence and instead have central offices based on the West Wilts trading estate enabling our team to all be under one roof and be situated in an ideal location to cover Trowbridge, Bradford on Avon, Westbury, Frome, Warminster and surrounding areas.
